Deerfield Twp. trucking company owner charged with defrauding manufacturer of $3.6 million

Islabella County Sheriff Michael Main said Lorie A. Stuer, 47, was released May 3 after posting 10 percent of a $10,000 bond after being arraigned on three counts of false pretenses $1 million or more; three counts of using a computer to commit a crime; and three counts of fraud – obtaining signature with intent to defraud.
