Grain elevator falls on truck in Laurel; heavy-duty wreckers used to free driver

The man driving the truck was unaware his back end loader was up and accelerated while under a grain elevator, according to Delaware State Police. The loader hit the elevator, which fell onto the truck and trapped him inside.
