The LCSO said the driver of the grain truck, 74-year-old John Kilburg, lost control and the truck rolled, ending up on its side in the southbound lanes of Highway 13. He and his passenger, 70-year-old Donelle Kilburg, were trapped in the cab and the LCSO said they had to be extricated. |
