Milford -based Burris Logistics acquires Seaford’s Trinity Logistics

Two Delaware companies in the transportation business have joined forces. Burris Logistics, Milford and Trinity Logistics, Seaford, combined in a transaction announced late last week. Burris is a long-time food distributor and operator of cold storage warehouses. The company has expanded in the logistics business and in 2018 acquired an Iowa-based freight broker. Trinity does not own trucks, but matches shippers with shipments.
