This bill is cosponsored by U.S. Senators Bill Cassidy, R-La., Cindy Hyde-Smith, R-Miss., Johnny Isakson, R-Ga., Marco Rubio, R-Fla., Ron Wyden, D-Ore., and Jim Inhofe, R-Okla.
