Motorists on Interstate Highway 35 East were slowed down Thursday when a semi hauling 1,738 pigs overturned at the north onramp at the East Mixmaster in Des Moines, Iowa. Around 1:30 p.m., the semi lost control and turned over on its side in the eastbound lanes of the I-80/35 onramp to northbound I-35, KCCI Des Moines reports. |
