You can have a big fleet or small fleet, i have a lot of loads coming out of LOS ANGELES. Driver MUST be able to do OTR. The load picks up once a week and goes notheast, midwest, southeast basically all over. All drivers must have W-9.DOT/MC number,Insurance certificates and AUTHORITY.
