We are hiring CDL Dump Truck Drivers to join our growing truck hauling team. This is a local driving position operating tri-axle dump trucks (manual & automatic, including 8, 10, and 18-speed) to haul asphalt, stone, dirt, concrete, and demolition debris to and from various job sites. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining the flow of materials across our construction projects, ensuring operations run smoothly and on schedule.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Weekends as Needed

Position Summary:

We are hiring experienced CDL Dump Truck Drivers to join our growing construction transportation team. This is a local driving position operating tri-axle dump trucks (manual & automatic, including 8, 10, and 18-speed) to haul asphalt, stone, dirt, concrete, and demolition debris to and from various job sites. Your contribution will be vital to maintaining the flow of materials across our construction projects, ensuring operations run smoothly and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Class A dump trucks and related vehicles to haul construction materials safely and efficiently.

  • Transport gravel, dirt, asphalt, stone, debris, and other bulk materials between vendor, storage, and work sites.

  • Load and unload materials as needed, ensuring proper weight distribution and securement.

  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, checking fluids, tire pressure, lights, brakes, and more to meet DOT safety standards.

  • Maintain detailed logs of hours worked, materials hauled, and delivery documentation.

  • Collaborate with dispatch and site supervisors to align deliveries with project timelines.

  • Refuel and perform basic maintenance on the truck, including oil, DEF, and grease checks.

  • Keep vehicles clean and presentable, inside and out, and report any safety concerns promptly.

  • Adhere strictly to DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols while on the road and job sites.

  • Respond professionally to customer concerns and provide support as required.

  • Work in a variety of outdoor conditions year-round.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL Class A

  • Ability to drive manual transmissions (including 8, 10, and 18-speed).

  • Strong understanding of construction site operations and safety requirements.

  • Mechanical aptitude for conducting inspections and minor troubleshooting.

  • Ability to read maps, GPS, and understand DOT labeling/hazard identifications.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

  • Capable of climbing, lifting, kneeling, stooping, squatting, and maneuvering in spaces.

Additional Requirements:

  • High school diploma, GED, or trade school certification.

  • Driving record satisfying all contracting and DOT requirements.
