Dispatching Opportunity

I am currently dispatching for our company and I have taken on more responsibilties than I can handle. I am looking for somebody to dispatch 2 trucks. The catcher is we need these trucks for our own business as well. Harvest and fertilizer season are crucial times for us to have these trucks available. You would be in charge finding rounds that pay enough to keep us runnng and communicating load information with drivers, myself, and customers. My drivers are two of the most reliable guys you could ask for. They care about the company and want us to succeed. I am looking for someone to that will be treated like family and care about our success as much as I do. If you have any questions please shoot me an email!
