The accident happened on May 16th in Whitfield County, Georgia. According to ABC 7, the tool, identified as a winch bar, fell off the semi truck along Interstate 75. A portion of the roadway was shut down for an hour as medics provided treatment to the victim. The victim, Lynn Fleming, did not survive. |
