I can recall spending hours at a booth in a truckstop calling local shippers, brokers etc...., not that the wasted time was good but it went a long way towards feeling like you had a good relationship with that shipper/broker. Oh well thats my flashback for today, that being said, I guess technology has its place but feels like the world got itself in a big damn hurry and if you dont keep up you fall behind.
