Just recently rebuilt WITH new pistons and LINERS. Mine is rated at 470hp. A friendly Ryder mechanic told me not to buy it. He said he had seen too many wristpins broken and spun bearings.\n I did buy it anyway (good price) and in those six months it only cost me a tune-up and one injector. But I could not get better than 5 mpg and that was running empty 50% of the time. Traded for a Cummins that got 6.5 on the same run. The salesman told me a few months later that the guy who bought it after me had to rebuild the entire engine after a short while.
