Their work ethics, professionalism, and people skills are far better. not to also mention they have better mechanical skills also which is a big plus. i would rather have to pay out more in wages for really good drivers like you mentioned than have some loser wrecking one of my trucks which has happened in the past and thank god they did not hurt anybody else in the process. Also had a loser tell one of my customers once to F--- OFF on there property once and my trucks got banned from their property for two weeks after just buying a new truck and trailer for 170k. luckily after apoligizing to this customer for the actions of this driver i was able to keep that long time loyal customer.
