I even received one and didnt even go through the state.. If I remember right you can add up allof the miles in the state and figure out your total miles. And get a percentage of Kansas mileage.. Then let's say it's 10% then get the bill and deduct the 10% from the bill then pay that...Call the number on the bill.. They are normally very helpful..
