Need a contact for a Detroit engine rep.
Help I had my truck in a Detroit shop for 2 weeks. Picked it up went 50 mi got EGR valve code agian brought it back they worked on it. Two days later same code.
Check engine light comes on for a day or two then goes out. Yesterday engine blew 2 gal of coolant out of surge tank !!!
2012 Cascadia DD15 if this keeps up this POS will put me out of business. They want me to put it back in the shop agian !!!
Need a contact from Detroit or Freightliner can't keep putting the truck in the shop . Kinda needs to be moving to make money.
This year it's been brokedown in NJ,VA,NC,NM,TX & FL
All DEF & EGR issues. Also Freightliner tried to tell me I needed a new radiator because this EGR issue is causing extra coolant presure. Also Freightliner has charged me for repairs that Detroit has covered for me.
Please any help. And yes I know next truck will be a glider so I can keep it on the road.
