At 100 per year that includes all random and cause tests I don't think you can beat it. The other options are cheaper base price but you get pulled twice in one year @ 45-75 per test and you are in the negitive. OOIDA is very easy to work with for finding a location and insurance companies and DOT are very pleased when they ask if you are in a consortium and with who. The downside is if you have turnover with hired drivers or O/o's as it cost you 200 to add a driver and the #$%^& quites 3 weeks later you just lost 200.00.", "contentHtml": "I've used OOIDA for the last 5 years. When the last donation was made I had been selected 3 out of 4 quarters. $ 178 a year for myself.
