Stepping through the ropes
On Friday Jan. 27 I secured a load with a freight broker at Northern ag services. The load orders were to pick up on Saturday the 28th of Jan the conformation stated that they load 24/7. I arrived at Tronox Green River wy at 7:00 pm on Sat the 28th of Jan. Just as I was supposed to. I was told by security that I would have to come back in the morning. I was nearly out of time then so I said OK and went to little America and went to bed. The next morning I returned to Tronox with a full day of eligibility 14 hours on duty 11 of which driving. I was told I would have to wait until Monday to load because the employee who runs the loader didn't come to work today.
I was not as easy to deal with this time but I didn't throw anyone through a window or break anything with would surprise anyone who has known me for a while. I have mellowed out some in the last 10 years or so.
On Monday morning I went back and loaded Josh Smith and employee of Tronox asked me to make out an invoice for dumerg . I figured $2.00 per mile 60 miles per. Hour 11 hours of eligibility so $1320 Tronox hasn't payed it Josh smith won't return my calls and Lee at Northern ag services won't help me. Maybe I am in the wrong here is would like your comments. Sorry this was long but needed to tell the whole story
