Have you seen the junk right here in the US that operates amongst us daily. The DOT lets them operate, see a lot of junk in western Kansas, western Oklahoma and the Texas panhandle. Never figured out why everybody is worried about the mexican carriers coming to the US when they are already here. It is just not only Mexicans, I see white drivers running junk on the road everyday. I don't care if your brown, black, red, white or green if you can't afford to maintain or repair your equipment you need to go drive for somebody that can because you are fighting a loosing battle and hurting the ones that do.\n \n If I see somebody running poor maintained equipment, bald tires, parts falling off, missing equipment, etc... or hauling commercialy with farm tags I get all there information and location then turn them into the OCC and DOT here in Oklahoma. Believe me that does work. I stopped a custom cutting crew from hauling commercial with farm tags last harvest, the elevator hired them to run between elevators and after telling the driver he was operating illegally and I would turn them in he called his boss and they went and parked. But what's hidden in some of their trucks. Like illegals and drugs. Then if some Mexican truck unloads at someplace like hunts point for example.. But they have to go to California to pick up..
