Are you trying to beat the weight laws? I find that most rates are base on 52000. So anything over is gravey in my pocket. I can carry 53000 legally. (80,000 playing with fuel) with a 43 close tandem. This is rare in industry. But of course there are guy's that can do better than that. I am guessing I could haul 56000 with a spread.(85500) Do the math over a year it could be worth it. But what I do see is a lot of guy's with big KW and Petes that can only carry 54000 at 85500. If you run interstate Highways you can only be 80,000. OK is limiting some highway to 80000, like 412 that use to be 86000.
