AACTION MULCH IN CONROE TEXAS

Anybody here deal with a company called Aaction Mulch of Texas? This is the same crew that went BK in Florida last year and moved out to Texas. I brokered a load for them a couple months back and still haven't received payment. If any of you out there have a similar issue with these guys and still haven't been paid, let me know.

I believe it's their fifth BK . . . not sure . . . but think so.

Yes, my company has since April, 2011......seems that the owners will not get back with you regarding payment that they owe you! I have also contacted
Lowe's Manager and have followed up the chain ladder to let them know that their vendor Aaction Mulch is not paying their customers.....therefore, we finally have received a phone call from Aaction Mulch due to a large part of their business is from Lowe's. |

Well done sir. I'm engaged in a similar pursuit now. Did they actually pay you, or just call you? Feel free to email me at [email protected]. There are other remedies available if multiple vendors get together.

CALL THE LOWES CORP. OFFICE AND FILE A COMPLAINT ALSO CALL THE AACTION OFFICE AND DEMAND TO TALK TO THE BROTHERS JEREMY AND JOHN EVERYONE DONT READ IF YOUR OWED MONEY DO SOMETHING CALL OOIDA THEY WILL FILE A CLASS ACTION SUIT FOR YOU UNITY IS THE BEST SOLUTION GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU AND YOUR FAMILYS FOR YOUR SACRIFICE "TRUCKING KEEPS AMERICA ROLLING"

Hello and yes I have done business with AAction Mulch of Texas and am having difficulty collecting. I delivered a load of mulch from Conroe TX to Dickinson ND on 4/27/11. As of yet I have not been paid. I have called AAction Mulch many times and have been told by Terrie that they are having cash flow problems. I also talked to Chad (manager) who said he was turning in his resignation that very day because of their fraudulent ways and the ways they dont pay their customers. Chad also said that the load had been prepaid by Second Nature Green House. I called Monica Armstrong with Second Nature Green House and she said she would call AAction Mulch and get back with me. She never did. I also researched the internet and found James Eisenman (owner of the company) personal phone number and have called him nearly every day and have been promised over and over again payment. I even have some of the his calls on my voicemail promising payment asap as soo as he received his Lowes check. His number is 239-980-1537, although this last week he has not been answering it but I have been leaving him messages anyway. I am very interested talking to any of you involved and find out where to go from here. Thanks you! |

Thank you John for hyour courtesy in piling on...I know we have been competitors, but we are workin to pay our bills and you know our situation. Was there a need to make this false statement?

We have a payment plan to pay you and you have recieved the first payment. I apologize for the delay, but we are catching up on our bills, including yours. IF you can see to hault the online comments while I settle the debt, I would appreciate it greatly.

Bill and Benny, I believe we are making payments to you as well, please feel free to contact me at my cell number to confirm. If you all feel that going to Lowes and stoppign my ability to make these payments while I am making them to you,m then that is yoru perogative. This is not our fifth bankruptcy as our competitor john from forestry is indicating, your bills will be paid and in fact are being paid. I assure you John has some things that he would rather I keep off the internet. I will do so. Calling me at 1-800-4A-Mulch to ensure your payments are being made would be more effective in recieving payments. Again, I apologize for the delay, but you are being paid.

Jamie, I wasn't trying to make a false statement. I did say I wasn't sure. How many have there actually been? Anyway, as always, I wish y'all the best of luck..

John, I have no bankruptcys credited to me...I just wonder the motivation for posting...I am sure it is not to help these drivers....Please do not email me with your respects for my survival after the issues my company has faced and then turn around on this board and make false statements. It is unneeded and simply an extra dig at us...especially with the years of business we have done in the past with perfect payment history on our part. Am I facing issues...obviously, but I assure you I am working through them...your rallying call to these individuals is classless and unneeded!!!
