They only had contract authority, no broker authority. DOT 2395903. MC 823740. Google FMCSA CSA score. Go to company snapshot. Tells you all about a trucking company. Either have company name and know what city, dot number or mc number. Try talking to the fracing company and see if they may be able to help.. Also you may try contacting DOT about why a company can broker loads without authority. This company maybe just under Texas RRC doing intra state.. One of them is ultimately responsible for paying the freight and they usually dont want to take of chance of having to pay double freight, so they start talking.
