We are having a very hard time collecting on a load we hauled that we got off of this board 4/9/13. This load was posted by Clarence Kelly and was a load of sand to Independance Oil Field, Big Wells Tx. We did several of these loads and was to bill Circle Bar A who has refused to pay one load. Does any one have any information on these people or has anyone expirenced the same issue? |

Sorry to tell you this, but if one were to pull up this company, there authority was closed about a month after your loads. They only had contract authority, no broker authority. DOT 2395903. MC 823740. Google FMCSA CSA score. Go to company snapshot. Tells you all about a trucking company. Either have company name and know what city, dot number or mc number. Try talking to the fracing company and see if they may be able to help.. Also you may try contacting DOT about why a company can broker loads without authority. This company maybe just under Texas RRC doing intra state.. Best of luck. |

I have had some luck contacting either the shipper or receivier (or both) of the load. One of them is ultimately responsible for paying the freight and they usually dont want to take of chance of having to pay double freight, so they start talking. This might get you headed in right direction. |
