AVOID HAULING FOR
I recently noticed TQL aka total quality logistics is getting into the bulk business.I have hauled some of there reefer freight, and had nothing but bad luck.Two loads had appointments that were incorrect only to find out at the shippers and receivers.I requested layover pay because of a delayed appointment, they sent a confirmation with $150 layover in it.When I reveived payment for the load they did not pay it.Also had a load they told me would pick up in Edison, NJ, when they sent conformation it said to pick the load up in a town miles away.I deal with alot of brokers in bulk and reefer, but never had one be so dishonest.They do have some good loads and very nice brokers, but I think they have more than a few bad apples in the bunch.
