We have to many brokers and truckers grabing those loads @ a reduced rate from what frac sand is normally @ $3-4 per mile or more. No misinterpetation @ all, just fact. They have the hopper guys by the balls and they know it. If one guy hauls a load cheap then the customer assumes it will get hauled for that price always.
