Then that person, no matter who you are , sells that load to another , then that person sells that load to a truck to be carried. Now if let's say broker 1 can't handle the load GIVES as in no money is involved to Broker 2 and that broker gives that load to a trucker for a fee then that is NOT double brokering. Only when money is transferred between 1and2 for a fee is it double brokering.
