And we have substantial increases in drivers wages, bonuses, benefits (don't even get me started on the cost of healthcare.) We try to provide an attractive benefit program (health, dental, vision, life, disability) for drivers. We're also seeing a lot more in cost of maintenance and repairs, and general costs. Just wanted to see if that's the norm with other similar companies. What cost-cutting methods are you using to help reduce business costs? When you think about it, I'm sure the reverse is also true.
