That's about all I do is different kinds of meals. The chicken 99% of the time flows very well, the feather on the other hand makes a big difference on the plant that's shipping it and how much blood or other stuff they put in it and how well it's dried

Its ok but the clean out is messy. This is the preferred haul because you can reload most loads without a washout. If you haul the bone meal mixes then a washout is gonna be a must.

If you are picking up or delivering to Tyson, be prepared to wait. Up to 14 hours. Also be prepared to have a washout at both ends as well (even if you hauled grain into their plant on the previous load). We are raising the price of all Tyson loads by $100.00 to cover the washouts and another .50 per mile to cover the waiting time.

yea, I heard that about them. When I was asked about taking this load I called to find out how bad they needed it. They were wanting to push up the delivery a day ahead so I figured i wouldn't have any problem getting unloaded when I got there. They were waiting on it. I went right on in and unloaded. I was out and gone withing 30 min.

Washout rules are getting ridiculous because everybody acts like its the norm..I washout myself at my farm when I get in&broom out every load there after..Never had an issue in 20 years...

Some of them will not just accept that you washed or cleaned out your trailer yourself. Theu want a CERTIFIED receipt showing where you took it to some so called legitimate washout facility when in reality its the same thing you got to clean the trailer with, which is a pressure washer ! They are all getting stupid with this crap. Most of the stuff out there being hauled in the feed industry is all getting mixed together to make the dern feed. I ask up front about cleaning the trailer and washout tickets and if they want them then they have to pay extra for it and that usually shuts them up. They cahnge their mind and accept you just sweeping it out.
