Flatbed OTR CDL A Drivers: $1500 - $3000 per Week (Team & Solo Available)
Driver compensation for solo drivers is 25% of the line haul. Monthly ratecon revenue totals are between $30,000 - $40,000. You will be assigned your own unit. Drivers DO NOT share units.
Driver compensation for teams is 25% - 30% of the line haul, depending on experience. Monthly ratecon revenue totals are between $60,000 - $80,000. Your team will be assigned your own unit. Teams DO NOT share units.

The company will cover expenses including:
- Equipment (Truck, Trailer, Load Securement, etc.)
- Fuel
- Routine Maintenance
- Emergency Maintainance
- Regulatory Fees (Permits, IFTA, etc.)
- Insurance allotment (depends on driver record)
We are looking for experienced flatbed truck drivers and/or Hotshots. We have big rig setups with 53' drop decks and hotshot setups (F650 or better) with 40ft goosenecks, ready to hit the road. All they need is a driver!
Driver Responsibilities
- Transport equipment, machinery, vehicles, finished goods and raw materials over land to and from a variety of businesses
- Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance
- Plan routes and meet delivery schedules
- Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving and retain fuel/toll receipts
- Take pictures and records for each stage of the loading and unloading process
- Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Collect and verify delivery instructions
- Report defects, accidents or violations
Required Skills
- 3 years of proven work experience as a CDL truck driver
- 1 year of proven work experience securing loads and operating on a flatbed trailer (53' drop deck and/or a 40ft gooseneck trailer)
- Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc)
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly
- Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
- No recent moving or driving violations
- Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
- Valid CDL
