My fuel mileage is decent for the truck. However, I don't know that the cost of swapping gear ratio's would be worth it, unless you are going to keep that truck for a long time. Slowing down and driving responsibly to try and increase your mileage doesn't require near the investment. Cruising faster at a lower rpm is nice though also.
