How to collect from deadbeats that don't pay there drivers as agreed?

I went to work in June for a company in McCook Ne. The agreed rate of pay was 60cents a loadd mile plus $150 a week toeat on.. The first month I spent 10 days in Amarillo waiting for the truck to get out of the Peterbilt shop. I hauled 3 loads that month and made $500.
I came home for the 4th of July and went back on the 6th I hauled one load of cows then the same thing nothing. I switched toa drop deck and ran good. the pay was supposed to be on the 15th and 30th/31st the check on the 15th wasn't deposited on the 31st I had to call and get a fleetone check because no money was depositd again with the will straighten it out on the 15th was dposited but short I droped the truck off on 8/28/15 in McCook and drove back to Mo in my pickup at this point this deadbeat owes me $5,500 I posted on Livestock where he is. His last coment to me was heis working on it.
I may never get paid but i will let anyone that wants to know who it is just send me an email
