The only way you could probably what you're trying to do is to have the hauler setup direct with the customer, you deal with the communication on his behalf but the loads and payments go direct to him. Load Finder Agreement

Does anyone have experience wth a Load Finder Agreement? I have a truck that is wanting to work for me. He will have his own authority and insurance. Basically my company will be supplying him loads, handling the paperwork, billing for the loads and then paying him his percentage.

How does his truck need to be stickered? Does it need to say "leased to my company" since he really is not?
