We've all but eliminated lost load paperwork, scale tickets, roadside inspections, toll receipts, paysheets, etc. They hold up really well ( we give them a new one every quarter and pitch the dirtiest one.) The worst problem we have (knock on wood) is a driver will put a fuel receipt in a wallet with the fuel card and forget; easily retrievable. \n \n Just a suggestion - we're a small fleet, but it works for us. And it makes it easy to find paperwork from a specific driver if it's a rush situation. Plus, as we're going through the paperwork, if there's paperwork without a name, we know from who it came. \n \n Like yours, our drivers are great, they do a good job, and have a lot on their minds.
