For the most part everything we do with LVT is fairly smooth but occasionally there will be a hiccup or two. They have treated us fairly and always paid us promptly. As far as loads cancelling out prior to loading, that seems to be an everyday occurance with any number of shippers or merchants. Plants break down, shortages of materials, or simply losing an order on the recieving end that the product was ordered for all can be reasons for a cancellation, although I have had instances where the customer found someone cheaper to haul the load and I got cancelled out. That is the one thing that really ticks me off. If I have a contract with someone to move a specific load for them, I have a hard time dealing with them still shopping the load out to find a cheaper source of freight.
