They both have the #99 and the truck has the name G&B Express from Concordia Ks on the door. Clarence is a black male, 50 years of age. His last known location is in the Omaha, Council Bluffs area. He went missing Saturday morning. We have a missing person on him and an APB on the truck. If anyone has any information we would greatly appreicate it. You can contact Chad at 785-556-2038.
