We are Oklahoma intrastate are having the hardest time finding loads for our end dump. We were told by a local construction company that they could get us all the loads we could handle, if we just had an end dump. They even gave us a letter of intent for the work. So, after searching for the right one that would meet their specs, we went deep in debt and got one. It took a few days to get us all lined out with tags and ensurance, but once we got it all lined out we went back to the company who then informed us they are not looking for owner operators any longer. I have been to or called several other local construction companties and no one is needing help. I'm at a loss as to what to do or where to go now. Anyone have any ideas or leads? Any help is appreciated.

Brenda you might check out Bruce Oakley. They move a bunch of end dump loads in and around Oklahoma and are fairly honest from what I've heard from a couple of friends.

Thank you very much. I will call them first thing in the am. They have so many listings on other sights, I just thought they must have a huge fee or start up cost or pay so little. Just my assumption tho, I never actually talked to anyone from that company, but I sure will now.

I personally have no experience with them at all but a couple of my friends leased to them 3-4 years ago and have no complaints.
They used to do a lot of work out of OKC and Catoosa. I haven't run Okla very regular in a couple of years but I'd imagine they still do |

I don't know who you were dealing with that was going to hire you, But if I had to guess they are super slow & having a hard time keeping anything going right now. We have sevral End Dumps & Belly Dumps we run in Southern Oklahoma & North Texas & one word WETTTTTTTTTTTT everything is super super wet we have a back log of work that is waiting to be done some dating back to November of last year that still hasn't been done because its so wet & no dry weather in sight, Everyone thinks the sun came out today so were good right, WRONG it's going to take a while for this area to dry out, But when it does it will be asshole & elbows!!!! The trick is holding on until then............ The OTR End Dump market right now is just as much a mess had a guy yesterday wanted me to do a 1,750 mile run for $1,600.00
