He moved left to let another truck get on the freeway. The merging truck then passed him and took the right mirror off the truck in the process. Driver couldn't run the other truck down so he stopped and called New Mexico Law. They sent a DOT officer. The officer did a level 2 inspection and cited my truck for a damaged right mirror.
