One reason I stay at a 1 truck operation is because i do operate legally andwith as much trouble as it is I do not want the extra added headache of dealing with all the other stuff that goes with dealing with staying truly legal with expansion. As far as that kierra , if what she advertises is what she's doing your damn right she is 100% acting as a broker without authority or any other legal ties of compliance. I know of another company right now down where i live doing the same thing and on top of it are raping the drivers as well as making them add them as extra insured with also a no subrogation agreement to further insulate themselves from liability. Myself as far as a broker goes I do not and have in the past done everything i could to avoid using a broker but do know that in certain cases you guys are a neccessary evil and have nothing against an honest true to fault broker who is fair , honest and straight upfront with the people they work with. For you bleeding hearts. Jason is spot on. AMC 2 is bullshit. Just another dodge in an industry full of this shit. You have honest hard working brokers trying to pay everyone fairly. Duane, Tommy, the guys at Quaker, etc. This Dispatch stuff instead of being a broker,is just going around the rules for the honest people. Same as those of you blood sucking assholes paying on 1099. F(*&& you. If I payed on 1099 I would have more money than god. You bunch of f)(*7 lazy ass people looking for a way around all of the rules. Then DOT is up my ass and not yours!! I have more IRS debt than England!! You bleeding hearts want to stand up for some person in Canada that posts on here and has no clue of comparing apples to apples. Screw each and everyone of you. I have had it up to my ass, and I don't care if this thread is taken down. You got brokers that wake up with all of us hating them, but only on the forum. WE love them each and everyone when we get that load thats saves our ass. I come home everyweek rave at my wife for taking that shit from this or that broker. I'm the worst of each of us. Look folks we can either find some common ground and rise above this or we can waller in the shit and die. I beg each and everyone of you small people like me that do the right thing and pay the fees, at least try to keep logs legal, pay taxes on and on especially taxes. I look at what my side of the tax deal is as I pay W2 instead of 1099. The difference is crazy. Am I a Saint, not a Friggin chance, but there needsa to be limits. If you pull a load for AMC2 and don't get paid you are no different than the shcmuck on another thread pulling for a friend with no broker license. Lets STOP giving someone a free ride because they put up a big front. Yeah on most days Jason and I are negative. It is because of the years of being taken advantage of. Sorry, I'm putting words in Jasons mouth. We all understand he can fend for himself, but I will stand with Jason anyday before I stand with Keirra the person bending the rules.
