For you bleeding hearts. Jason is spot on. AMC 2 is bullshit. Just another dodge in an industry full of this shit. You have honest hard working brokers trying to pay everyone fairly. Duane, Tommy, the guys at Quaker, etc. This Dispatch stuff instead of being a broker,is just going around the rules for the honest people. Same as those of you blood sucking assholes paying on 1099. F(*&& you. If I payed on 1099 I would have more money than god. You bunch of f)(*7 lazy ass people looking for a way around all of the rules. Then DOT is up my ass and not yours!! I have more IRS debt than England!! You bleeding hearts want to stand up for some person in Canada that posts on here and has no clue of comparing apples to apples. Screw each and everyone of you. I have had it up to my ass, and I don't care if this thread is taken down. You got brokers that wake up with all of us hating them, but only on the forum. WE love them each and everyone when we get that load thats saves our ass. I come home everyweek rave at my wife for taking that shit from this or that broker. I'm the worst of each of us. Look folks we can either find some common ground and rise above this or we can waller in the shit and die. I beg each and everyone of you small people like me that do the right thing and pay the fees, at least try to keep logs legal, pay taxes on and on especially taxes. I look at what my side of the tax deal is as I pay W2 instead of 1099. The difference is crazy. Am I a Saint, not a Friggin chance, but there needsa to be limits. If you pull a load for AMC2 and don't get paid you are no different than the shcmuck on another thread pulling for a friend with no broker license. Lets STOP giving someone a free ride because they put up a big front. Yeah on most days Jason and I are negative. It is because of the years of being taken advantage of. Sorry, I'm putting words in Jasons mouth. We all understand he can fend for himself, but I will stand with Jason anyday before I stand with Keirra the person bending the rules.

Art , i agree with you which is why I call that chick out almost everytime i see one of her posts.as far as people paying on 1099 its all right there on the irs website who is and is not a contractor or contract labor . one of these days the govt. is going to decide they are missing out on too much revenue and start going after these people . and to be honest. it the did or would there would be a whole shit load of freight at alot better rates out there because there would not be many trucks to haul it. One reason I stay at a 1 truck operation is because i do operate legally andwith as much trouble as it is I do not want the extra added headache of dealing with all the other stuff that goes with dealing with staying truly legal with expansion. As far as that kierra , if what she advertises is what she's doing your damn right she is 100% acting as a broker without authority or any other legal ties of compliance. I know of another company right now down where i live doing the same thing and on top of it are raping the drivers as well as making them add them as extra insured with also a no subrogation agreement to further insulate themselves from liability. Myself as far as a broker goes I do not and have in the past done everything i could to avoid using a broker but do know that in certain cases you guys are a neccessary evil and have nothing against an honest true to fault broker who is fair , honest and straight upfront with the people they work with. I also feel that the people that run these boards if they are going to charge a fee and call themselves honest and fair should run them right and any posts noticed or seen with people advertising should be taken down immediately until they prove themselves leigitimate in business practices. and should be made to file thier vredentials as ell as credit and saftey ratings or be blocked from posting either here or on the load board portins.

This is a family oriented site.. and you use such vulgar language.. my my.. i bet its all the same people..kind of like 3 card monty. and they just got caught.. never saw a DOT number.. or a broker bond.. funny thing.. ya gotta have them to play in this sand box.. dont think so? Then lets call up the DOT and they will tell you exactly what you need.. and if you arent compliant.. you get an all expenses paid trip to court.. put your money where the mouth is..

I do know that when that tv show started.. and only one guy had any DOT numbers on his truck.. alot of us called DOT complaing about it.. whalah..they all had to have numbers.. Libility insurance and cargo.. which most didnt have..i wouldnt move a bag of dog poo through that company..

According to fmcsa csa company snapshot.. There is no Classy trucking either..and if there is.. lets see your DOT number..is this just another uship customer? Then we will back off.

Jeff, if you go back a couple of pages there's still some of her ads left, you go back a few more pages and there's another one ads or two left. Yes sir you are so right.. as sombody already brought up.. if you move freight as a dispatcher.. you had best be working for a company that has a DOT number and those trucks be that companies trucks or undr lease.. or have a broker license..

Well boys and girls I guess its time for my 2 cents worth. We are a small company with 15 trucks between company owned trucks and owner operators. We don't broker freight, we take what we can handle and we provide a very good service at a good price.I wrote aforum earlier about brokers and said I know that good brokers exist because I have worked with several for the past 6 years BUT with the governments infinate wisdom thinking everyon should have to have a brokerage to move a load not on his/her own truck, it did, without a doubt, bring the bottomfeeders out! Like I said in my post earlier, I have never read a reply from any of the companies I had in mind. I have never taken a load from these bottom feeders and would not even if they had a fair rate because most of the time they are just trying to rebroker someone elses freight and make a buck or two or 8% off the top for having nothing but a bond involved! If you read my post and get pissed off then you are most likely not the broker I was talking about!

Things need to change because these types of brokers are making it hard to set fair rates and I for one am not funning trucks for nothing!

Nancy, I hope you are well. While there are times I really disagree with you and I mean really, but on the other hand I do respect your position and feel that you are knowledgable. I think the biggest problem is the difference between operating in the 2 different countries. It doesn't translate. Possibly if I was in Canada we could get along better.
