Any one can set up a MC number authority and start cutting rates to establish a customer base. The equipment and maybe a bit of real estate could be liquidated, but personel will just jump ship and wait out the non compete clause,if it's still enforceable. So what is there to buy, other than someone's imagination and maybe a personal touch for advertising purposes for a big player.

Nothing to really sell as a company goes anymore. Any one can set up a MC number authority and start cutting rates to establish a customer base. The equipment and maybe a bit of real estate could be liquidated, but personel will just jump ship and wait out the non compete clause,if it's still enforceable. So what is there to buy, other than someone's imagination and maybe a personal touch for advertising purposes for a big player.

But you posted looking to buy out failing businesses at a time period where tons of businesses are failing, in many cases through no fault of their own. It reminds me of the equipment auction companies exploding during the AG recession. Again, none of my business, I'm sure you don't want my opinion, but if you're going to sell coffins in the emergency room, so to speak, you better have the guts to talk about it and I mean that as nicely as possible.

(My personal opinion) I hope your business is successful, seriously. But you posted looking to buy out failing businesses at a time period where tons of businesses are failing, in many cases through no fault of their own.
