Last Friday I had a truck with fertilizer on going from Floriday to Georgia, got pulled into 2 Floriday scale plus a Florida Agricultural scale and passed all 3, get to Georgia and get popped with an over axle ticket, not sure how this is possible. The female dot officer pulled me on the scale I sat there for probably 5 minutes then she comes out and tells me to pull to the side I'm over on an axle. She goes back in comes back out about 10 minutes later to get my paperwork and I asked her what I was over on. She told me the trailer by 1000 pounds. I said I'm allowed 40,000 on a spread and she told me oh ok you can go. Point of the story if it was there mistake and you weren't over I would fight it if they got you over fair and square not much you can do.
