Your costs are much less on those than any truck EGR period forward so please start to compensate your rates ahead as that is what you may get next. My 05's get 1 mile to the gallon less than the identical truck that is an 02 and my repairs are 200% higher. Rates need to go up on this factor alone. My hope is they fix this issue soon but from what I hear in the industry we maybe a few years off yet. You have to keep in mind the truck has to return where it came from. You can't assume you will always have a load at the receiving end. Eg if you are going to do a delivery of 100miles, you have to price the cost at 200 miles. If you have another load waiting for you at the other end that's a bonus.
