I have never worked with them, but my factoring company has them on the denied list for credit.

I called once and never got a call back. Have since asked a few other people about them and no one had anything good to say.

I don't always agree with Bryony, however I have done several thousands of Dollars in freight with her and all I need is a phone call and I will freight again if it is in one of my lanes. Turn your tickets in on Monday and get paid in 9 days I remember.

I have recently set up with them to be a carrier for them. I got confirmation from their home office to haul for them. I have talked to Bryony camp, their dispatcher, a few times at first when I was looking into hauling loads for her/them. She told me about the polished river rock that I asked about on this forum earlier. She said she had a deticated haul from 4 different locations going to Wilson,NC and the customer was willing to pay for all miles loaded and empty to have some one local to go and get the rocks and bring them back to Wilson,nc at least 3 deliveries a week. She said at first she had alot of loads coming out of Ashville,NC and they were paying $52.00 a ton and she figured on 22 to 25 tons. Then she came back with the customer was willing to add $15.00 more a ton for dead head to go and get the rock and bring it back. It all sounded good at first but then she started saying that the $52.00 a ton included the additional $15.00. that would have meant that at first it was really going to be $37.00 a ton It was going to be 627 round trip miles and at $37.00 a ton with 25 tons that would have been $925.00 and I would have spent at least $350.00 in fuel leaving me with $575.00. Then in order to get paid within 7 days of turning in my BOL I have to give up 3.5% which would amount to $32.38. This would leave me 542.62. $925.00 equates to $1.47 a mile but she tried to tell me that it would be $2.52 a mile for 627 miles and that works out to $1,580.04 and at 25 tons that is $63.00 a ton. Take $15.00 a ton away from that and you have $48.00 a ton. This does not add up. When I tried to nail her down about this she made excuses and hem hawed around about the rates and said she would have to double check them. I have not been able to get her on the phone since. She also said I could haul these rocks on my hopper bottom with no problem but I have been told otherwise. She was a little pushy to get me to take the loads. I dont know if this is just her or is Rite Way Transport like this in general.

Micheal I am sorry you feel as though I am pushy but as I stated to you this is what I have to keep you in state. And you are going to have to test run a load to see if you like it. I have emailed you twice with all loading sites and rates. I dont work on the weekends so calling this past weekend I am sorry you didnt get me but just like most we all need a break. As far as your break down of the numbers you called when I was at lunch and told you that we did get the 15.00 rate increase and that I had run the miles to work out to 2.62 per mile on all these loads. I explained to you then that I didnt have my rates in front of me that you called while I was out to lunch and would email. ( I did) We spoke this morning and told you I would re-email you. Please dont forget I will not have a scheule for next week until Friday after 3pm
thanks
