I'm not here to sugar coat shit I need good drivers I do not force dispatch but I expect my drivers to want to make money. I am a small business In southwest Iowa I can accommodate just about anyone needs but mainly in the Midwest. I need owner operators that have all their own equipment and that I can count on to take care of my customer. I have dedicated Lanes in the Midwest if that interest any of you. my drivers now average between 4500 to $6,000 a week it all just depends on how hard you want to run.
