The lady i spoke with was polite and seemed to be concerned with what I had spoken of. I told her of phone encounters with TQL agents in the past and that I really thought they should stay our of the bulk industry as their agents are not trained enough to figure out rates. I highly doubt it will have done any good! Its kind of like the blind leading the blonde!\n \n Whatever! I play poker a lot and an old poker player once told me \"Don't school the fish and don't tap on the tank\". I guess the same applies here! I am not going to answer their calls to figure out rates for them to go and under bid me on local freight! No ethics in that group!
