What are YOU familiar with? Is there a need for that truck? I started as a full-time owner operator almost 7 years ago when a local hog operation needed a truck to haul hogs to kill plants. Being a part-time farmer I had worked with hogs and cattle for years, so it was a good fit. I hauled livestock for 3 years before coming over to bulk. I ran a belt for a couple years before selling it last summer, and now only pull a hopper. The trucking market has taken a beating since 2023. It's been a war of attrition with too much truck capacity.
