It is much easier to just stay away from facilities like this once you find out about their nasty attitudes. They don't really need the product in the first place, that is at least how they seem to act. I rate customers like this in our data base as nasty and put the good old nasty surcharge on them for the tune of $5.00 per mile above our normal rates.
