Take a hammer and tap on the housing. If that don't work take a punch and knock the piston in the air will push it back, you might have to do this a couple of times. DON'T stand over or in front of the piston because when it breaks free the air will shoot it out with enough force to leave bruise. Once you get it free clean everything up and knock the rust off with fine grit emory cloth and put it back together.", "contentHtml": "\r\n\tTake the cap off and put the air to it.
