For the most part is revolves around everyone dotting their \"I's\" and crossing their \"t's\", that being said there are a lot of things that are still in the grey. I have already been told by a number of carriers that the fines are off the charts for things that they should have gotten a pat on the back for. I will be writing a comprehensive monthly newsletter to help explain and provide educational materials for CSA 2010 along with general business tools to help carriers run their businesses more efficently.
