They would be considered one of your trucks, aka 'company truck'. I'm no expert, but if the load and money is run through you and under your authority, and they aren't leased on to you, that would be considered double brokering, hence, illegal.\n \n They would also need to be covered on your insurance, because it's 'your' load. If there is a problem and the shipper/receiver comes to you with a claim (or accident\n between points A and B), you're gonna wanna make sure everything is legit.\n \n This is the way I've always understood your scenario as working.
