How can I find Power Only Owner Operators — Hook & Drop Loads (Amazon, JB Hunt, Schneider)
I’ve been working with a few Power Only O/Os running hook & drop freight for brokers like Amazon, JB Hunt, and Schneider — and I’m curious how it’s going for others here.
For those doing Power Only, what kind of weekly gross are you typically seeing (solo vs team)?
Also, what’s the usual dispatch fee you’re paying or charging these days?
Right now our guys are averaging around $7–10k/week (solo) with about 10% dispatch, but I’d love to compare notes with others running similar setups — see what’s working, what’s not, and how different regions are performing.
