Well that would be why we have so many out here running right now for $1 per mile. Just think about it, there is nothing wrong with whatever level one is comfortable being in our industry. Have gone from my own truck to 6 Owner/Operators as of Dec. 1st. There is a lot more to it than sitting at a desk with your feet up. Talking on the phone and Playing on the Internet. We do a lot of Cross Border Work. Some days dealing with Customs Brokers makes me wish all I had to do is drive.\n \n Most of my guys are happy with just driving the truck that they picked out and they take care of and not worrying about details. Why do people do the owner/op thing if they own their own truck? I just don't get it. Why not get your own Authority.
